Jowl Exercises

Start by taking your middle finger and place it on your chin. Then you want to put your lips around your lower and top teeth, moving your mouth open slightly, about 1/4 the way and keeping it held tightly in this position for about 20 to 30 seconds. Perform this exercise for 20 times daily.Next exercise involves grinning really hard, holding your mouth in a really tight position for about 30 seconds. Perform this exercise 15 to 40 times per day and you WILL start seeing results and remove your jowls with these jawline exercises!

You will want to start with a small smile. Next, you will need to start squeezing and holding your lips closed whilst flexing your neck muscles very tightly for about 10 to 30 seconds. Repeat this exercise 20 to 30 times for a noticeable increase in improvement of sagging jowls! This face exercise alone will greatly help you to firm, tighten and tone your sagging jowls. You might even get addicted to this exercise, especially when you start seeing results!

The popular vowel exercise, although shunned upon by some and taken lightly by others, does work. Say the vowels sounds of a,e,i,o,u. The key to making this exercise effective is to overemphasize and exaggerate the movement of your mouth in order to work your facial muscles. After going through the vowels 4-5 times you will feel the tension and tightness in your cheeks and neck. This is an indication that the muscles are being strengthened.

You can sit or stand upright for performing this exercise where you can slightly incline your head towards the ceiling. Bring your lips close to each other without closing it and then you can start a chewing movement. You can do it 20 times regularly that will help you to reduce your double chin easily.This exercise is little different. You can turn your head left without dropping your chin or lifting it. Keep turning it till you find a stretching sensation and then make a count of 5. Repeat the same movement towards your right side. This exercise should be done 3 times for achieving better result to avoid Tighten Jowls and Sagging Necks.

The resemblance to an older family member might become apparent as you wonder just how in the world Aunt Hilda's jowls came to live on your face. This type of aging is not hereditary; rather, if you are over the age of twenty five, your once tight facial muscles are beginning to battle with Mother Nature. If you see jowls, you might also be saddened to see sagging eye lids and cheeks that no longer portray apples when you smile.

Now you want to be sitting in an upright position to begin with. Next put your hands firmly on your neck as if you are going to choke yourself (but not really of course!) and your hands should be in the "X" cross position. Now, keeping your hands firmly planted into your neck like that, continue by pressing and then looking up towards the ceiling until your feeling your neck stretching and then hold it in that really tight position for about 30 to 45 seconds. Continue doing this for about 10-15 times each and everyday.
